These plates give 3.5'' and 5'' of travel. They also fit the Kikapu, Manomano and Mokomoko 01 to 05 range of frames. They come with factory fitted bearings.

Gives 5", 6" and 7" of travel. You can use your standard shock, but you will probably need to uprate your spring for the longer travel.
