Hollowtech II bearing upgrade Replacement upgrade bearing kit for most of the Hollowtech II cranks. The bearings are upgraded to bigger balls and better grease. The new bearing use 5/32'' balls instead of 1/8'' and the loading is also better, the new bearing load rating is 726 lbs, whilst the old style was rated at 563lbs. We also get rid of that awful nylon spacer and the bearing fits straight onto the hollowtech axle. We also make a tool to remove and then replace the bearing. Ceramic Bearings Ceramic Bearings. These are a little lighter and roll a lot faster, giving you the edge over your buddies. These are best used in hubs and Bottom Brackets. We will be extending the range as quickly as we can. MORE INFO>>

Bearings (Full Complement, MAX TYPE) These bearings have more balls in contact, making them stronger. They look the same from the outside but there are more balls on the inside. Angular Contact Bearings Angular Contact bearings should only be used in pivots or Hubs that are designed for their use. SOLD IN PAIRS ONLY MORE INFO>>
