We charge all postage at post/packing costs. Small UK orders are generally shipped 1st class recorded post. Larger UK orders are shipped by carrier and should arrive the next day. International parcels, depending on size are sent by air mail or international carrier.
Parts returned that have been incorrectly ordered will be subjected to a handling charge. Delivery within the UK is normally next day for small parcels, 3-5 days for larger items. International orders will take slightly longer, usually no more than 15 days. Except for our lowest 1st class UK letters option, we use recorded deliveries that can be traced should there be a problem. We keep our post and packing charges to a minimum and as a result you may incur a small charge if you return wrongly ordered parts. If you need to return goods you must inform BETD in writing, by fax or Email within 7 days after the day of receipt of the goods.
